Advertising

If you’re looking for an advertising photographer, you’ll require someone who can come up with a creative concept and shoot it, fulfil a very tight brief or both. You will also need someone who has the contacts and experience necessary to organise and bring a shoot together.

I am often approached by clients who have a particular campaign in mind but no clear idea of how to communicate those ideas visually. Sometimes this can be a collaborative process where we both bounce ideas of each other. On other occasions I’m left to come up with the concept myself, often utilising other creative talent such as models and stylists to contribute to the shoot.

Equally, clients often ask me to visually recreate a concept, which has been entirely thought out beforehand. Both approaches have their own challenges but are just as rewarding to work on.
