Headshots

I first started taking actors’ headshots when I was studying theatre at Glasgow University and have continued to do so ever since. As a result I have a unique understanding of what is required from a headshot by actors and their agents, many of who recommend me to their clients. I also have a great deal of experience in taking portraits and publicity shots for musicians, singers, conductors, writers and broadcasters.

My studio is located right next to Central Station in Glasgow and provides a relaxing environment, with complimentary tea or coffee and an area for any guests to sit while your shoot takes place. A full session usually lasts about an hour but I don’t watch the clock or restrict the number of shots taken. I’ll let you see the images as the shoot progresses so we can both review how things are going and make any necessary adjustments. I won’t wind up the session until you are completely satisfied that you have the shots necessary to work for you.

Full Session (approx 60 minutes) £125
Additional retouched images on CD £10 per image

  • Images from your shoot available to view either as contact sheets or online from which you can choose your final retouched images
  • Studio session with up to 3 changes of clothes or hair, etc

  • Photos to take away immediately after the shoot if necessary

  • Your name and/or contact details added to your photos for photo cards, if required
